Job Description:
The Distribution Coordinator & Delivery Driver will manage outbound beer deliveries, coordinate logistics, maintain order communication, and help keep our inventory accurate and moving. This is a part-time role for someone who is just as comfortable behind the wheel as they are behind a keyboard.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver beer to retail and licensee accounts across Alberta

• Coordinate delivery routes and schedules

• Manage incoming orders 

• Use brewery management software to fulfill orders and track inventory (training provided)

• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete invoices/payments

• Communicate clearly and professionally with accounts and team members

• Load and unload products, including kegs and flats

• Represent Rival Trade Brewing Co. with professionalism and great customer service

 

Qualifications:

• AGLC ProServe Training

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract

• Experience driving cargo vans or small delivery vehicles is an asset

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Comfortable with numbers and basic inventory management

• Willingness to learn brewery software (BREWW experience is a bonus)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Physically capable of lifting kegs and flats

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
